“This place is absolutely amazing!!!! Let me start by saying that I found this shop because the place I originally purchased my phone through caused me to lose service by attempting to fix my charging port. When I took the phone back to my service provider they were unable and unwilling to help. I walked into smart phone fixer and Gunnar immediately knew how to help. He ordered a new part and Jonathan and Melissa were able to install it a few days later and I now have a working phone! My service provider had insisted this was a "tower issue" and had zero interest in helping. I will forever be a client of smart phone fixer!!! Thank you all so much!!!!“
