I would like to take a moment to sincerely express my appreciation for these two amazing individuals. Learning a new system and adjusting to the way things are done in their office could have easily felt overwhelming, don’t get me wrong at times it is over overwhelming for me however because of them, the transition has been easier.
They consistently take the time to walk me through processes, explain details clearly, and make sure | fully understand each step. Their patience never wavers, no matter how many questions I have, no matter how many times I reach out they always approach everything with kindness and encouragement.

Working with Ekos has been great! But having a leader who supports you and your team to strive for the best but also is hands on and helps even more when challenges arise, is even BETTER!
