Was dealing with a backed up condenser line and low refrigerant. The company was backed up but was Day in the office was very determined to get a technician to my house that day. Chris who usually isn't a road tech came to my house anyways and did a thorough inspection and tuned everything up. Very friendly and offered a lot of helpful advice. Will be using this company in the future.
