Been coming here for 2 years without insurance. Always been $150-$200 for a quick visit. I went a few months ago, paid $150 for my 20 minute visit where I received nothing but prescription refills, left, and then magically a month later I start receiving calls for an outstanding balance. Apparently it is $450 for a simple visit now? This is clearly a result of new ownership by schweiger dermatology. I would never have accepted service for $450. I paid with a debit card. Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? Lana and Anie are amazing! They provide dermatology services at Conviva Boynton Beach. I first met them at another Conviva years ago. They are caring and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain; I never feel rushed! Another shout out to Dana (she took the time to take a biopsy). We discovered cancer. Had surgery and all is well. They all are assets to your organization.
My wife and I both visited today for a check up. Didn't have to wait long. Doctor was very knowledgeable and took her time answering any and all questions we had. We had a great experience.
