Clean Air Xperts…… Jay, Monica & Mike are the BEST !!!! I had water pouring from my ceiling from condo above me…. Of course it was a weekend, Jay answered call, Mike came out within 1-2 hours, set up dryers & sealed off the affected area, Monica called me to ease my anxiety & explain the process…. Jay followed up with phone calls, and a visit come Monday. Mike returned daily, worked around my schedule, to check equipment/readings, etc. After I notified my insurance company/filed claim, they have taken the reins !!!! Every step of the way they all have been extremely professional, friendly, compassionate, understanding and super reassuring. I feel like I am part of their family !!!
