Call started off ok. But slowly turned rude. I am a person who does know much about ac units, so I naturally had some questions. Apparently, the owner Bob did not like having to answer questions and made me feel bad for taking up his time. I like supporting local businesses, but this guy has no business talking to the public, he is in desperate need of a customer service agent. Sorry but I don't see you lasing in business much longer.

I try to use local vendors when possible, and Boynton Air has come out to my house before I needed a new air conditioner and even though Boynton Air wasn’t the lowest quote by any means I decided to hire them Bob Richardson the owner lied to me, yelled at me and then tried to extort an additional $400 out of me Saying there was some extras there was a signed contract for $6000 which I paid in full He didn’t get another Dime. Now he says he’s going to take this to collections and put a mechanics lien on my house when I have paid in full. I have a 10 year warranty and one year service which he won’t honor and I would... read full review
