I love both Banfields and their staff. I’ve been going to the one in Woolbright more often because they have better availability most times, and nurse Shelly is absolutely AMAZING. My dog has been having digestive and skin issues for years, and she made one simple suggestion that no other veterinarian has suggested which was to switch him to a specific prescribed food and it completely changed his life.. She is incredibly smart and spot on. And 5 stars ⭐️ to the entire staff, they are all so caring and kind.

I have been going to Banfield for the last 3 years and I can’t say enough good things about them. From the moment you walk in - the staff makes the feel at home. From the staff at the front desk to the management staff to the doctors, they are all exceptional and informative. They offer drop off services if you have to work which are really convenient. The doctors have always explained what they are going to do prior to doing it- and the staff goes over what the estimated cost will be. Which leaves no surprise at the end of the visit. I was a walk in client, I heard this location was good. The staff were amazing! From Che at reception who answered all my questions, got me the next available appointment, to Anthony , the Vet technician / assistant to Dr Rodrigues, they were kind, calm, thorough, knowledgeable, gave me options and even called me the following day . I’m impressed and I will go back
