Signing up for Aviv was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I walked into my first class after quitting a toxic job that really left me questioning myself and my direction in life. I was looking for a hobby that could take my mind off work stress and this certainly delivered! Training with coaches Ana Carolina & Luanna over the last two years has been inspiring, transformative, intense, challenging at times, and SO. MUCH. FUN! Who knew that you could start jiu jitsu in your 30s and feel like a total badass!
