We called this company on the recco of friends. Wow Dorrant was fantastic! He came to our home and set everything up perfectly. He was extremely efficient, professional and patient as he painlessly walked us through all the necessary steps to secure our home with this amazing new technology. He took his time and clearly wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied before he left us. Customer service/office was also great. I've used Dorrant twice. This last time I called in late morning and he was there late afternoon. He sent a text saying he was running late. When I called and described the sitution he knew what the problem was. When he arrived he went right to work fixing both the front and back doors. He spent two hours but the job was done correctly and the work was great. He cleaned up after he finished. His prices are more than fair. I highly recommend Dorrant and will use him again when needed.
