First off want to be clear that I really like the Dr Wentworth and the physicians assistants at this office but am doing a review on their billing department as well lack of response from messages left for the office manager. I have been going to Advanced Dermatology in another State for over 15 years and in past years now Boynton Beach. I went for an office visit on February 13th and they were out of their freezing chemicals and could not complete the process and asked me to come back the next day for what took a few minutes. *THIS* is the model of how a medical practice should operate. I knew it was a fluke that I was able to get a next-day appointment, even as a new patient. (I'm guessing there was a cancellation.) Still, my previous experience with dermatologists kept my expectations low. In other words, I expected a long wait, even with the first appointment of the day. My appointment was at 8:30a, I was on my way home less than 20 minutes later. Dr. Wentworth was the most pleasant doctor I've ever met. I rarely write reviews for doctors offices because it’s usually just go in and get out and hopefully it’s not so bad at best. But this experience with Doctor Ashley Wentworth was just so overwhelming pleasant I had to sit in my car right after and write this. As a black woman going to a dermatologist can be a little anxiety inducing because it just seems it’s hard to get straight answers about solutions for my skin type. But Dr. Ashley was just so informative and really took her time out to explain to me and hear me out and didn't make me feel rushed.
