Pool City is the most unexperienced pool company I've ever worked for they do
not have their ducks in a row they do not know how to clean pools they hire people that are young and dumb and stupid I would not recommend anybody getting a a pool cleaning from them

Initial interactions have been great! I am a DIY pool owner, and Mendi was a big help with fixing a mustard algae problem. After asking me some key questions, she recommenced a couple products, and they worked perfectly. I will get our pool water tested at Pool City from now on and buy their supplies, and will hire them for service when I get in over my head.

Not a great experience. Used them because the company that built our pool had a contract with them to open our pool and we got a “deal”. Suffered through them for over a year having many issues that they made excuses for. Everything from several different techs. Techs being on site for 2-3 minutes. Being charged for visits that never happened. Being made to feel like an idiot when you ask a question. Price jumping over 30% and getting a lame excuse blaming the cost of chemicals and then talking to the current tech and him saying he used $10 worth of chemical for the month.
