Louis did a wonderful job. I had to get a nail repaired. I walked in after going to another location ( One New York Nails and Spa) and was not serviced and Louis took care of me with no problems. He did exactly what I asked him to do. Wonderful customer service.

This is a modest business with caring people, seems to be a family business where two generations and work as a team. I received a pedicure from Su who treated my legs with motherly care. She took great care with every step of the process and gave such an amazing massage up to my knees (adding stone massage), - I'd consider it the best pedicure I have ever had. This business is on Old 41, a bit removed from the busiest highways, therefore, probably, a good choice for when this area gets busy in the "season". Ask for Louis. He's my new go to nail technician. He was meticulous, gentle, and did an amazing job. I've been trying for months to find a nail tech that does a quality job and can do new fresh hand painted designs. They had a ton of options for colored acrylic, gel polish, rhinestones, glitter, chrome and cats eye. I never expect it to be exactly perfect to the "what I ask for" picture I find online but close is good and no stickers or stamps. I've left places and had to file what they just did, some places don't listen to my requests, one nail is too thin and the one next to it thicker than a nickel, most times the polish doesn't go all the way to the side edge of the...read full review
