I refer them to my customers and one customer had an emergency pipe repair that they needed to push the cleaning date back. They called them and refused unless they paid $120 cancellation! Terrible and unaccommodating! Sometimes things happen beyond your control and they were not understanding or helpful. I am absolutely disappointed and will not be referring any other of my customers again. I will be sure to pass this information along to my whole office as well so they know not to use them anymore.

I scheduled an appointment to clean my home on 1/29/18 for 2/28/18. The appointment was for 3:30pm. I called and emailed the company around 2:30 to be sure the cleaners were coming. I did not get a response until the office manager, Michael, called me at 3:45 to inform me that he did not have the staff to clean my home. This is a rental property. I had a renter leave on 2/28 and I have a new renter coming in on 3/1. I told him that I must have my home cleaned and suggested they clean the next morning. I was disappointed because the pricing wasn't explained well. My house only took 2.5 hours to clean yet they charge for a minimum of 3.5 hours. I need towels and sheets done but that is extra even though there is an hour that nobody is doing anything and they are charging me. It just seems like if I'm being charged for 3.5 hours and there is work to do it should be included.
