JK Technology Solutions provides service for our company in Mokena. This week I had the pleasure of working with Stefan to solve an issue I was having. Unfortunately we were not able to solve it originally, as it was a Microsoft update issue and we had to wait for Microsoft so fix their bug. My ticket was closed.
The very next day Stefan called and said there was a fix, and spent about an hour fixing the issue I was having and everything was back to the way it originally ways! A BIG THANK YOU STEFAN!

JK Computers sent Jake and Charles to our company to install and set up 2 desktops and a new laptop. All three computers connect seamlessly and are automatically backed up. They made our system very easy to understand so everybody in the company can learn and operate it quickly. The hardware they installed is top notch and the installation and service were excellent. You can tell Jake and Charles knew what they were doing and were very professional. I'm very glad we went with a local company that's been around a long time, it's obvious why they've been successful.
