I have had nothing but excellent experiences at JK Technology Solutions in dealing with various problems I have had with my computers. In particular, Travis Carbeau has done yeoman’s work in resolving my hardware and software computer issues on multiples occasions. I highly recommend JK Technology Solutions to anyone wishing to resolve computer problems in a timely and first-rate manner!!
Walked in with my laptop that I could not get to start back up. Travis got it to start up right away and advised what to do if it happens again. I also had them check the laptop for any malware/virus as I thought I might of been a victim of a phishing scam. This took several hours as they ran multiple checks. Very happy with their service and relieved that I did not have to purchase a new laptop.
Chris Hegley and Travis Carbeau did a fantastic job for us while we were in Bonita Springs FL! They were very knowledgeable and fast on the repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs computer help! Thanks again guys!
