The owner of Joe Cools is terrific. She started doing my hair when we first moved to Naples 10 years ago. We met in an elevator and I liked her so, I made my first, of many, appointments. She is very skilled in all aspects of her profession and a very delightful person. Dawn is cautious and takes her time to make sure that you are satisfied. Dawn will often say, “Come back if I didn't take enough off…” She moved from Northwest Naples to Southwest Bonita Springs and I can assure you that she is well worth the extra drive!

Awesome salon and staff!!! I have been going to Dawn (owner) for years now and she has never disappointed me!! I was there yesterday afternoon for color, highlight and cut. Love it all!!! Great job! Despite Dawn being short handed that day she still put out the effort, professionalism and great attitude along with accommodating her appointments and as many walk ins that she could. I loveee this salon, I've been coming here since I was about 8, now 32! It is family owned and everyone there is so cool and laid back, they are so fun too!! I will continue to let Jean the owner work magic on my crazy hair!
