They have been doing my AC maintenance for 2 years in Bonita National. Nothing but good things to say. Something happened a year ago when they left my AC shut off, however they came back free of charge and got it working again.They have always been on time. Communication via email is much easier for me, and they reply quickly. No BS, no upselling. In and out, and one of them was nice enough to leave me a small bottle of AC drain cleaner to pour in during my filter changes. This helps get rid of the bacteria that clogs the pipes.Recommended for sure.
I called late in the afternoon when my AC system quit working General Air & Plumbing came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the probelm and had a technician out the next morning to get it taken care of. Thanks for the outstanding service.Services: A/C system maintenance
I was in a pickle on Friday when I was told by house guests that there wasn't hot water (only warm) in the bathroom shower. We had hot water everywhere else in the house was receiving hot water so I knew it had to be the handle. I tried to repair it myself but like most people, I am not skilled to fix plumbing!! "Leave it to the professionals" my husband said, but I wouldn't listen. So after creating a "very bad" water situation in the tub, I reached out to General Air & Plumbing. They had someone at our house in an hour. The service person, Ed, called when he was on his way to give us his ETA.
