Don DeFlavus Construction Co did an outstanding quality job for us in 2022. They were very easy to work with and accommodated us with all our needs. In addition, on several occasions after the job was complete they continued to be responsive and helpful to address post construction needs and/or questions. Special recognition goes to Dave, Don, and Nicole. I would without question recommend their services.

We chose DeFlavis for a major renovation of our Naples condo based mainly on renovations they did in our community for 2 fellow neighbors.
We presented our General Contractor Dave with our vision for our condo, asked for ideas, and presented him with some significant design challenges along the way. All of which Dave found ways to accomplish for us.
Dave has a genuine passion for perfection, and his commitment to craftsmanship is evident in all his work. Nicole, our project manager, was readily available for Zoom calls, keeping us updated with progress reports and keeping us aware of any challenges along the way.
