Bonita Beach Medical Massage

The day before flying down to Bonita Beach, I came down with acute back and hip pain, a recurring condition that usually takes weeks/months to go away when it occurs. Lisa medical-style massage not only helped me recover for the duration of the trip, but now 5 days later, I'm am pretty much pain free and working out again. She has fantastic knowledge and expertise for getting your body right again. I highly recommend her.

I have been having knee pain for quite a while.I was told I have arthritis and was not a candidate for surgery. I don't understand how I have so much pain. I've gone to physical therapy, done the exercises, taken so much motrin I'm starting to turn orange. I still cant's walk. I was desperate to find relief. I found Lisa. She took the time to listen and discuss my treatment. I know is not a one time thing or a miracle cure. It's going to take sometime to get better, but just with the first session and even though I'm sore from it, I feel a little better. I can at least put my foot on the floor and walk slowly. Never having had a medical massage I had no idea what to expect but this experience was beyond anything I might have imagined. The thoroughness and intensity of this massage was wonderful and I learned so much about my body and how it responds to tension and subsequent relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who is experiencing discomfort due to stress or any distress. It will be an hour we’ll spent!
