23150 Fashion Dr Suite 232-N, Estero“Detailed, exact & beautiful. We couldn't be more happy with our new cage/screen enclosure. We just had a new outdoor shellstone floor installed & ripped out our old rusty white cage prior to the floor installation. We went with a bronze cage for 2 reasons: Looking out there is less division & 2ndly it's less maintenance/cleaning. Two Brothers helped us with this decision & helped us pick out roof panels which are in 2 areas of our lanai, which are white. Two Brothers used exact measuring, snap lines, etc. so the cage is perfectly symetrical. They were easy to work with, polite, competitively priced, knowledgeable/concise & the process went fast. (Every project has challenges, so keep that in mind). Permitting went well too. I will recommend Two Brothers to everyone I know. We are extremely happy & plan on having them come back to do our gutters & downspouts next.“

5490 Yahl St #16, Naples“Days after moving in, our master shower started leaking into the condo beneath us and I found myself in need of a new shower. I received several estimates and was really bewildered, until a close friend recommended Varian Construction. Right from the start, Bill Varian put our minds at ease. Bill, his crew, and his sub-contractors were all proficient, courteous, and timely with the project from start to finish. I am very happy with the quality of their work. Our bathroom is now beautiful and I’m thrilled with Varian Construction and would not hesitate to use them again for other projects.
Bill’s knowledge and competence kept our project on track without any delays. Living in a multi-family HOA dwelling, our project required ARC approval, as well as Collier County building permits and inspections. Bill was quick to submit the required paperwork for a quick HOA approval and county permits. My entire shower and bathtub tile surround had to be removed down to the concrete floor and wall studs. The demolition crew protected all my floors with coverings and also created an enclosed pathway thru plastic wrap to keep dust from traveling into other areas. I have heard horror stories about the mess and dust involved in home renovations and was thrilled with the measures that Varian took to contain and eliminate that for us. Our project required building inspections at various points- sloping of shower floor, shower pan liner, plumbing… I received notice from Varian as to each inspection. Every inspection flawlessly passed, which speaks to the quality of Varian's work. Christian and Damon consistently came by to check on the different crews involved- be it demolition, plumbers, drywall, tilers, painters, shower doors... Bill and his crew, as well as his sub-contractors were all always very polite, respectful, and mindful that they were working in someone’s home while we were living there. I am very happy with the quality of Varian’s work and how the bathroom renovation turned out. It was unfortunate that we had a leak, but the bathroom repair has really elevated our bathroom to a new level and Varian truly did an amazing job!“
