I lives there over 15 years before leaving a few years ago. A couple months ago I went to visit a few friends of mine that still live there and they pulled imminent domain on everyone. Chased them out to erect an upper and highrise. They told me it would be three towers at about 50 stories which is unheard of in Boca Raton. Very strange indeed. While I lived there it was a lovely place to live.
