So me and my two daughters were headed to Mexico Beach last night and about an hour away her car started giving us problems. That is the last thing you want to happen when starting your vacation and it being 10pm on back roads but Austin with Mallory Towing showed up and saved the night with exceptional service. I was extremely impressed with his customer service and kind words. Not everyday you run into this type of service and greeting and I am super thankful that he made this situation more bearable for my daughters and I. Excellent! We are THANKFUL that Kirt was the one to help us when our rental jeep broke down on our late night girls road trip to the beach. He hauled the broken down jeep, my daughters and I to the next Hertz location an hour away. He then went out of his way again to drive us to a hotel when the Hertz rental office was closed. He made sure to share everything that we needed to know about the Florida highways to ensure we had a safe trip. He is a gem.
