My vehicle broke down on our way through FL. William came out to pick my daughter and I up and tow us to the auto shop which was unfortunately closed. He went out of his way to help us get to the dealership in Tallahassee.
It was a very stressful situation for us, 4 hours away from home, alone, in the middle of nowhere. I can't thank him enough for his help that went above and beyond a normal call.
We had such a great experience with Jaquarius (sp?) at Affordable Towing. He showed up sooner than expected, which was such a relief. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He worked quickly and efficiently to get our truck loaded and safely transported to the dealership.

Two days ago, we found ourselves stranded in a MacDonalds parking lot in Blountstown Florida. Called CAA (canadian AAA) and they connected us with William from Affordable Towing. He was kind and courteous and dropped us off at a mechanic in Panama City Beach. Along the way we had great conversations and it made a bit of a stressful day so much more tolerable. Thanks can’t be enough for the kindness of William. Thankfully the truck was easily fixed and back on the road.
