Down in the keys and our laptop screen went blank. We thought that was it; time for a new one; but we were wrong. We called Leah and she was able to talk my wife through a couple of easy to follow steps and we were back up and running. Can’t say enough good things about Leah, and will definitely recommend her to our family and friends in the area.

Leah was the best ! I called desperate to get my laptop repaired. She did better. Leah told me how to fix it myself and gave me advise on a future laptop purchase. Such a friendly and helpful person. Really took time and spoke to me like a friend and neighbor. All this free of charge... Thank you so much !!!
