I’ve been very busy, so this review took me a little while, but the bottom line is simple: go with Guardian Chimney's. The pricing was very fair and competitive, and honestly it felt like a great value for the quality of the chimney work they provided. I had them come out for chimney tuckpointing and repairs, and the work was done with a clear, honest approach from start to finish. They explained what the chimney really needed, let me know another estimate seemed overstated, and never used any pressure. Someone recommended Guardian Chimney's to me, and i'm very glad they did. nathaniel cleaned up the mess left behind by another chimney service and fixed everything the right way. He was competent, friendly, respectful, and truly easy to work with. His workmanship stood out from the start. He helped build a brand-new chimney, arranged for a beautiful custom chimney cap, and installed a great double-sided wood-burning fireplace between the family room and sunroom. Our first chimney sweep service was a great experience. Barry was friendly, on time, professional, and very thorough with the chimney cleaning, inspection, and full review. He explained everything in simple terms, answered our questions, and made sure the fireplace and flue were left clean and safe. We appreciated the careful work and helpful service, and we plan to schedule our next chimney maintenance again.
