The cardio section offers plenty of options, including bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and ergs.The staff are professional and welcoming. They're always available for assistance. One-on-one training costs extra. Parking is never an issue, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.I wish the gym would extend its hours, especially on weekends. During peak hours, the free weight area can get a bit crowded, but overall, BellaVita Spa and Fitness is a top-notch gym that I highly recommend.Another area for improvement is a more accommodating policy regarding guests of members. Also why no towels provided for shower/sauna/pool areas?“
