I appreciate that Dave arrived hrs ahead of schedule... he was polite...didnt screw around (I kinda knew what the problem was). He was honest.. and didnt try and tell me other stuff was broken. :) Yes I will use them again and definitely recommend them. Thanks so much for a job well done! I'm cool again <3
Andrew was knowledgeable honest and hard working! Our dishwasher was broken for over a week and the hurricane didn’t help but he was able to come out and solve the problem he even cleaned up after himself. A respectful young man who was a great representation of the company. I’m sure anyone else would have said cut our losses and upsell us a new machine but he diagnosed and fixed the issue and didn’t upsell or overcharge. Definitely a great experience and will definitely use them in the future and if we need to upgrade our appliances.
