Christian came out for an emergency on Labor Day with an hour after we called. We had drains backing up and needed help. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then had us run our faucets to make sure all was good. Very professional and personable. Very happy with The Village Plumber!
We are so happy with the service given it was on a Sunday and we had no water. RJ was an excellent service technician. Fantastic job, went right to work and never stopped even through it was 95 degrees and heat index of 112. 3rd time using your services and I would highly recommend you to anybody.
Alain installed the NOVU water filtration system and explained in detail how this works, maintenance issues, etc. He also returned at six months to change the filters on our system. Work area was cleaned up well. He was punctual and provided great service as usual. Thank you!
