It was my first time in the office today and, I must say, I was greatly impressed with the technician who initially started the exam and then, especially, with Dr Ritz who came in to conduct the more comprehensive portion of the exam. He was kind, compassionate and super knowledgeable and professional. And he's a Florida native too (we are rare breed nowadays!)!? The individual who met with me afterwards to help order the lenses was also fabulous (my deepest apologies for forgetting the technician's name as well as the gentleman who helped me with the lenses). Doctors should schedule patience in order to see them within 15 minute of the scheduled time. I had an appointment with dr. Ritz and was forced to wait past the scheduled time. I rescheduled and was brought in only to have a technician start the visit. I was only there to have a consultation on my tests results. I informed the tech that I was there for a consultation. She left the room and dr. Ritz STORMED in the room and proceeded to chastise me about not having the tech do tests. He said it was part of the consultation. Then he STORMED OUT. In the first visit he told me "I perform all the testing". But now it is OK for the tech to perform testing? I know the... read full review

Great Selection of Frame's! Alot of Different Style's & Color's to choose from. Durable High Quality Frame's!! Not Cheap-O Flimisy Frame's like Walmart's. If Ya Need a Adjustment, " Shane" is the Guy to see! Just tell Him what problem Your having & He Know's Exactly How to Fix it it. He's Great with a Terrific Personality!! So Glad I went there!!
