Mr. Dreeland was very professional and patient as the fireplace insertion was not an easy task and it didn't go off without a hitch, but Mr. Dreeland made sure everything was done properly and took the time to make right any unforseen errors that occurred. It truly was challenging , but he perservered and completed the service in an excellent manner and was kind and caring in that he wanted to be sure that I as the customer was happy and satisfied with the job done.
