I had a bad virus on my laptop that was my own doing. My screen seized and a pop up said to call this number. They said they were Microsoft and I believed them. Anyway, I was embarrassed and these folks made me feel so much better. They quoted me a reasonable price, fixed it in one day, and billed me the quoted price. I highly recommend this place for all your tech needs.

Great service!!! Love this place. I've got 4 lines for my family and they are always in need of a screen repair, charging jack, battery, case, or something else due to their heavy use. This store makes the repair in 20 minutes most of the time and IF they do need to order a part, whichever phone it may be, is ready the next day to pick up when I get off of work. Prices are good, service is quick, and customer service is great. I love having a quick fix locally for the 4 lines of my family with all of their chaotic "oopsies". Thank you FixIT Tek.
