I went to this salon twice. The first time I got a silk press no issues. The second time I went I wanted curls with the flexi rods. I showed the hairdresser. For starters she overbooks. She’s the only hairdresser. She had me under the dryer for a long time while she did other clients hair. I kept coming from underneath the dryer because my scalp was burning and I was told that I needed to stay under the dryer. Once I got in the chair she said I’m going to clip your ends.
