This was my first time at the shop and I wish I had started going when they opened 3 years ago. Beautiful shop with a warm and welcoming staff. I had seen a picture of the haircut I wanted but couldn't find it again on my phone. The ladies at the front spent at least 20 minutes trying to find a picture for me. We finally found it and they set me up with Eric. I explained to him what I wanted and he did a great job on my hair. Very meticulous and great attention to detail. Before he did anything he asked me if it was okay. I was offered a variety of beverages and had a nice cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier with this shop and definitely returning!
Sam is the man. Master Cuts was the first barbershop I tried after moving to Bay Harbor, and they were so good I’ve been a regular ever since. Sam (the owner) is friendly, meticulous, and delivers a clean, precise cut every time. Great vibes, great service — highly recommend.
These guys are very good at what they do. Sam is consistent and does exactly what you ask for. Takes his time and his attention to detail is unparalleled. Every time I get a cut I am amazed with his level of precision. A true master at the art of barbering.
