Aggrevating to have finally made an appointment to use my Gilt City voucher and I've learned that they closed suddenly yesterday. Hope Gily City will be refunding my money.

If I could give negative stars I would. I recently met one of their stylists who was super sweet and handing out 50%off cards. After researching the stylists (and of course the coupon) I decided it was worth a shot. So I called yesterday to schedule the appointment. Not only was the lady on the phone the rudest person I've ever spoken to, SHUE HUNG UP ON ME. evidentially the stylist has left this salon, I can see why if this is the attitude, and instead of just politely saying "I'm sorry she's no longer with our salon" or "I'm sorry she has left our company" I got a response "she's gone."
