I was really unsure about coming here at first (due to some recent reviews) but decided to give it a shot nonetheless.
Maura worked with me to make sure I understood what kind of cut I wanted and to make sure I got something I was happy with. She was paitent and understanding, she took plenty of time talking me through processes and measurements, answering any questions I had along the way.
Maura gave me an amazing haircut, thank you. The enviroment was relaxed yet professional. I will be back! :)
This was my 3rd visit to this particular Great Clips. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The establishment is clean and comfortable. Maura cut my hair this time around and she did great! She reviewed the notes entered about my last visit (one inch off all over), prior to starting to cut. As she worked, we talked about issues I have with the sides of my hair wanting to grow out like wings on Thor's helmet. She was able to clip'em, tapper'em, and thin'em until they were gone. I am really happy with how well she did, and I when I go back...I will certainly do it on a day that Maura is working and request her again.
First experience at great clips going with my long black hair and my hair dresser Tiffany was amazing... So efficient and quick with those scissors. Thank you for giving me a beautiful hair cut and suggesting those curtain bangs...
