I never write reviews but Misty deserves my praise and recognition because you don’t find people like her everyday. I was wowed by her **incredible customer serv. Her positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help quite literally **saved my family vacation**, and I am so thankful for her.

After calling several places and searching online, I was repeatedly told that I would need to charge my RV battery for over **8 hours** just to lift the legs on my 5th wheel. My **battery was completely dead**, and even **Good Sam Elite Tech customer service** told me there was no quick solution. I was stressed, frustrated, and running out of options.

Everyone was super great to deal with and they went above and beyond anything we expected. From helping us pick out a camper to getting it ready for the road, everything was perfect!

Me and the wife have been talking about buying a new camper for the past ten years and never decided to do it. We decided to go to bartow camping world to look at a few and we met Donnie. He was more then helpful and took the time to show us around and showed us a few before we decided. We found the coleman 23b that fit our needs and had room for the kids to have their own space the process from start to finish was smooth. Took it out this past weekend and had a blast.
