The nurses in outpatient surgery were very friendly. Explained everything they were doing and needle sticks were gentle. The OR staff, Dr Torres and Mike Lott with Saluda were ready to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this facility to friends.
I had a scan that needed to be done & was SO nervous going into it.The Ultrasound Tech, Lyn, was incredibly kind and made the process easy + stress free! She was professional yet personable.I’ve just started going to BayCare facilities and probably won’t ever go back to the others. Thanks so much!! ?
We were new to Winter Haven, Florida we 1st went to Winter haven hospital several times and we were so disappointed with Florida and it's medical system. We then found out about advent health heart of florida that was even worse, the place was beautiful but did nothing for us!!!!! A sweet young lady found me crying and asked me what was wrong, I began with Winter Haven hospital and continued with Advent then sobbed because my husband was severely ill and I was out of options that I knew of....... she told me about this hospital in Bartow needless to say he was admitted for a week or more and he was at the point of sepsis/dying!!!!!!!!!!
