Bill came to my house today to clean out my septic tank. I called at 7 am and he was done by 12:15pm! Great guy and inspected the system and gave great informational feedback. Will be calling Arnett Septic in the future and recommend them to friends.

Arnett came out right on time. Thought I needed my septic drained as it’s been six years and toilet was bubbling. On Saturday they charge $475 plus an extra $75. Turns out I just had some tree roots in the pipe which which he got out. Only charged $150total. He said it wasn’t due yet for drainage give it another year or two and told me to put liquid fire down one of the toilets right before bedtime to dissolve any other roots. Very honest and very nice. I would highly recommend them.

I am HIGHLY impressed with this company and their professionalism. I had some issues today with my septic and had been calling around to several places trying to find someone to urgently come assess and assist. No kidding, 10 minutes later a truck was in my driveway ready to help. The man was very kind and helpful. And the service was reasonably priced.
