Bill fit us in last minute today when we had a backed up septic tank. He was super friendly and did an amazing job. We had a much more negative experience with another septic company. He did 100% more work and did a much better job than our past experience. Huge thanks to him and we will be using him from now on.
Bill came to my house today to clean out my septic tank. I called at 7 am and he was done by 12:15pm! Great guy and inspected the system and gave great informational feedback. Will be calling Arnett Septic in the future and recommend them to friends.
Arnett came out right on time. Thought I needed my septic drained as it’s been six years and toilet was bubbling. On Saturday they charge $475 plus an extra $75. Turns out I just had some tree roots in the pipe which which he got out. Only charged $150total. He said it wasn’t due yet for drainage give it another year or two and told me to put liquid fire down one of the toilets right before bedtime to dissolve any other roots. Very honest and very nice. I would highly recommend them.
