Hired Bill Day and his company on 4/12/22 to change a lock and make adjustments to another lock on a pocket door at a newly constructed house in the Spring Lakes, Sebring area. Paid him for that work. I also paid him in advance to go back to shim the casing around the pocket door. He was supposed to return to the house on 4/21/22 to take care of this door casing shim work and also adjust the new locked previously installed. He did not go to the house as planned and he has not responded to my numerous calls and texts as of me filing this review.
