Very personable and professional, they did a great job! They replaced our roof, less than a week before Milton hit, and it was great not having to worry about losing our roof. Only took them a few days to fully replace and fix what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Cobb roofing installed our roof after Irma. We contacted them the morning following the storm and they were out to check and "dry in" our old roof within 3 days. No other roofer even answered the phone. After the dry in we had no leaks and Cobb installed a much better roof than we had in about 4 months (because there were no materials available until then). Kept us updated along the way. We were the first house with a new roof in our area. This past April we had a horrible hail storm ( grapefruit sized hail). Our roof did not leak but was heavily damaged. Since the storm was relatively localized Cobb was able to replace it much quicker with materials being available. Again, Cobb was out to us in 3 days and we had a new roof in 4 weeks. In both instances Cobb took care of us in as timely a manner as possible and with superior workmanship. They are a local company and are much more responsive than the "out of towners" going door to door. Both times they came in under the insurance estimates for the job. Very satisfied.
