My husband had a Longshoreman's case, and we had trouble finding a lawyer. The lawyers in our state didn't know anything about the Longshoreman's Act and the ones in surrounding states couldn't practice in our state. So, I continued to search for months for a lawyer and eventually came across Templer and Hirsch's website. Mark Hirsch took his case and was very easy to work with. At first, I wasn't sure if it would amount to anything. Worker's Comp originally offered us a very small settlement and we almost accepted it, but Mr. Hirsch asked us to trust him.
