The doctors and the staff seem pretty great.
But there's no hot water in the bathrooms, and you have to get a key. 🔑
For medical facility, it seems quite dirty. 🧹Given all the money that this place makes, you think they'd spend a little bit of money on just painting the walls and basic stuff like that. 🖌
It's also very very cold in the waiting room so make sure you bring a jacket or a blanket as many people have. 🥶
Waiting time can be quite long, but it depends on the surgery of course.
Had to wait after I was told I can come in early. The front text was taking other patients after I had signed in until I went to ask one of the receptionist why I was waiting. Johnathan was an angel he treated me with such professionalism.
Went in for a hernia repair surgery. Everyone was nice. Like exceptionally nice. Everyone. Front desk, nurses, doctors. Even the random people walking by. I didn't have any problems. Everything went smooth.
