I’ve tried many different workouts but Solidcore is the most effective total body 50 minute workout. I am constantly being challenged to try harder things and am stronger than ever. The coaches are extremely supportive and encouraging.

Solidcore is the most time efficient high intensity low impact workout that constantly challenges me and pushes me to try new and harder amplifications. It never gets easier but I always feel stronger and the coaches are incredibly motivating and supportive.

I took my first Solidcore class with Brianna, and she was incredible! There were two new students in the class, and she managed to support both of us while still running a seamless, high-energy session. She placed us next to experienced coaches taking class, which made such a difference. She adjusted my Reformer, corrected my form, and gave me so much individual attention — something you rarely get in a group setting.
