RBI Alliance engaged in predatory lending practices on the 2012 Ram 3500 contract of Julio Cesar Ringham.

They applied an excessive APR far above what was fair.

They used bait-and-switch tactics and contract manipulation, producing paperwork that didn’t match the deal presented.
