After having a MMO, I needed daily lymphatic massages beginning the day after surgery. I called OUM and immediately noticed how kind and accommodating they were on the phone. I’d put off securing a massage therapist prior to surgery, so was looking for someone to come same day when I called. She called me back within ten minutes and had someone scheduled for just an hour or so later. My massage therapist was Daniela and she came to me in my hotel room so that I didn’t have to get out and around in Miami so soon after surgery. It was incredibly convenient. I cannot say enough how kind and sweet Daniela was, and she was such a hype girl! I was eating up all of the compliments she was bestowing. She was just precious. Furthermore, she was very gentle and effective. After every massage I felt remarkably better, less swollen, and more relaxed. The icing on the cake was them calling me after every appointment to check on me, see how I was feeling, and asking if I needed anything. It didn’t feel like this is “Just a job,” to the OUM team. They truly seem like they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their patients and wellbeing. Pricing was also very reasonable. Each massage was about an hour and was about $100…. But that was with them loading up their supplies and massage table and coming to me at the hotel, so I call that a bargain. Overall, I’m so thankful that I stumbled across them and decided to proceed with them. I cannot possibly sing their praises loudly enough.
