What can I say about this place. It has its pros and cons. Very good instructor, good music, Atmosphere is Excellent. Very correct approach to everything, even live music at the end. The only negative, or rather my advice to these guys, is that they need to find more space, because there are a lot of people who want to come to the Saturday class and when performing some asanas there is not always enough space so as not to catch the person standing next to them. Otherwise everything is great! Well done!!
Ara yoga is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. Their instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and I always leave there both feeling like I got an incredible toning workout, sweat and also a peaceful and grateful mind. There’s a strong emphasis on the mind/body connection and a very community feel here. I have a strong sense of accomplishment when I leave- physically, mentally and spiritually.
I was so excited to find an online Vinyasa class during my stay in Miami. I didn't have time to go to a studio. The class was fabulous. The instructor could be heard clearly and the flow routine was full of alternatives for all skill levels.
