What an amazing studio—beautiful, cozy, and so welcoming! I love that the class was not heated. I took Flow vinyasa with Dana, and she was incredibly friendly and supportive. She takes the time to make adjustments and help you improve your practice. I absolutely loved the class and will definitely be back!
I previously took a Flow Vinyasa class at Portal Yoga and recently tried my first Power Vinyasa class and I loved it! The studio has such a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, and every class I’ve taken has left me feeling stronger, more grounded, and energized. I had never tried Power Vinyasa, the class was challenging in the best way and pushed me out of my comfort zone while still feeling completely approachable. My favorite yoga studio aventura! The space is absolutely beautiful, very clean and welcoming. The teachers and the owner are amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love Michi’s class, her flows are creative and fun.
