Great clinic, Dr. Anthony is great, professional and understanding so far so good! I have not had any issues with any of the doctors here or the front desk or any of Miss scheduling. I get a call Or text when it’s my next appointment approximately 1 week ahead which I think that’s great so I can plan ahead of time for my PTO.
Dr. Infante is exceptional! Her expertise, compassion, and bedside manner are top-notch. She listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding medical care. Five stars isn't enough - she deserves ten!
Doctors/PAs are kind. PA misdiagnosed my child with scoliosis and we wasted time and money with a specialist who confirmed that this diagnosis was absolutely incorrect. Front desk staff is unkind and unhelpful and acts annoyed that they are being bothered every time they answer the phone. 90% of the time they just say “I don’t know” in response to questions that it is their role to answer.
