This place is awful!! I should've seen the one-star rating before going here since I was in the area. Terrible service. The rudest technician I ever met. Insulting other customers right to their face. The pics of what was asked for and what I got tell you all you need to know. Hopefully they won't be in Auburndale for long. Please don't waste your time or money on this place.

A very terrible experience. Emma did my nails wonderfully and was so nice. Le however, was extremely rude, and unprofessional to my friend getting her nails done. He wouldn't fix her nails when he did something completely different than she asked for. They told her she'd have to pay extra just to fix what HE did wrong. He yelled at her infront of so many clients and made an embarrassment of himself honestly. there was no ambiance, no music no TV, hot af. Don't go here or give him any business. There was also roaches on the wall and flies EVERYWHERE!
