I'm writing this review on behalf of Franklin the tortoise. I come here often to look at the animals and buy supplies, and I wanted to share a concern about his care.
Franklin is showing noticeable pyramiding on his shell, which can be associated with improper diet. It appears he's been getting Spinach every day, which is not an appropriate staple food for a tortoise. Tortoises need a varied, species-appropriate diet to stay healthy.
That said, I want to make it clear that the staff here are amazing. Especially the tall white guy—I didn't catch his name—but he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the animals.

There are businesses that simply provide a service, and then there are businesses that genuinely care. PetSense falls into that second category. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a team that is warm, professional, and always willing to help. The store is consistently immaculate, well-organized, and welcoming.
