Other than the usual waiting in line like any other place, once I was accommodated for I was greeted with a warm welcome. There for a drug screening, the actual process took less than 20 minutes, the lady was very charismatic and welcoming. Pretty solid.

Took about 2 hrs for DOT physical and drug test. Staff was extremely nice .
Needs some updating in the lobby . But otherwise it was all good .
I had heard horror stories about this place. I needed DOT physical. Showed up a little before 8am and was done within an hr. I had no problems and they staff was very friendly with me.
